Hey :)
I am looking for something other than benadryl to help me get some sleep at night. My friend suggested Melatonin. I looked up the cautionary stuff and side effects and it seems to be rather safe. The only thing I see that keeps popping up is that it is suggested that you talk to your doctor if you have an auto-immune disease. There is supposedly some cases of Crohns or Crohns like symptoms as a side effect of this supplement. Does anyone here take melatonin without any problems?

I've taken it in the past, on the recommendation of my doctor. I had no problems whatsoever with it, but unfortunately it also didn't help me sleep. Hope it works better for you.
