I see the links to this diet thread have been reposted- thanks for that. In any case, I know that I cannot eat seeds without flaring, but that nut butters of all sorts also cause me to flare. Furthermore, magnesium gives me D. That said, I am always willing to try things and plan to go buy some sunflower butter, and start with a tiny teaspoonful. I already eat spinach from time to time and tolerate it. Typically, I microwave fresh spinach. I know, nutriotnally I should steam or boil it, and will do so if I try this diet.
Microwaving veggies apparently does not remove any more nutrients than boiling if cooked to the same tenderness.
