Does anyone know who the best pediatric G.I.'s are in the country? I'm Looking for one

in the St. Louis area but will travel anywhere for the best care.

I don't know who the best are but have you looked into any Mayo doctors? I think 'the best' is a highly subjective term though. I absolutely LOVE my pediatric GI but he isn't world renowned or anything.

There is one at UCLA named Marla Dubinsky who participates in major research & also does continuing ed in pediatric IBD for practicing doctors. A couple yrs ago I watched a Webcast she appeared on, "Spotlight on IBD" (MedicalCrossfire.com), where the transcript is probably still available. / Old Hat (nearly 30 yrs with left-sided UC ... [etc.])

My GI is in St. Paul at Minnesota Gastroenterology P.A. My doctor is Dr. David Wiechmann.
That would be quite the journey for you!
