Hi, Well, Matt saw the doctor and he told him to stop the Asacol for now,,but keep taking the 3 6MP tablets, then later he'll slowly take him off of those. He wants to see him after his 3rd Remi infusion, and then wait around end of Febuary or early March to do some blood work to see how things are going there. If all is well, he'll get his 4th
infusion March the 12th starting his every 8 week visits.
I guess he wants to make sure the Remi is doing the job with his immune system before taking Matt off of the 6MP
He took his blood pressure and listened to his heart.
Matt is like me, has lower Blood pressure, like 110/70. That is a good thing I guess. At least we don't have to worry about hypertension! 
The doctor didn't tell him to take any extra vitamins or probiotics. Said just to eat a healthy diet. Problem is, Matt is a real junk food eater,
(also like me) . I'll have to start buying more fruit instead of cookies, ice cream, chips,, etc etc..
Well, all we do now is wait, and see what happens after the next 2 infusions within the next 5 weeks.
