Dry skin with Remicade?

I have received 3 treaments so far of remicade and it seems as though the skin on my face is getting dryer and dryer. Has this happened to anyone else? And if so have you found any good moisturizers that actually work?

I take Remi, but haven't noticed this effect, but usually in winter cold weather my skin gets really dry. I use Oil of Olay for face and for then for hands I use Trader Joes Moisturizing Cream and my Mom uses Eucerin calming cream dry skin therapy. Hope this helps!

I really like Dove and Vaseline's lotions. And then for really dry spots on my face, I just use regular Vaseline.

My skin is dryer on in also - mostly my hands and feet.
