Hi again, just incase you do not know, when taking sterroids you can be prone to ostyoparosis,(if thats how you spell it) brittle bones,(in later life) so you have to take in more calcium to try and counteract the process.
If you knew this then fine but if not then consult your doctor as to what he can prescribe, normaly food stuffs that can be had with heavy calcium in them are dairy products and again we know what this can lead to so try broccali, this also by the way is supposed to cantain enzyms to break down food.
I did not add in my lats topic that i am willing to expand on any think that is asked, i was only brief in my first post as i did not want to get too complicated
