I am thinking of going to the store and buying some. Can anyone say it helps UC/Crohn's/D?

Well, it's low residue. Other than that, no.

It can help your nails, but jello is full of jnky stuff so it's not likely at all that it would help with IBD symptoms, probably make them worse.

helps if ya have a craving for sweets and are flaring bare... its low residue and helps the sweet tooth. Doubt it has any medicinal purposes though.

It's good when you crave something sweet or fruity but want to stay low fiber or lo carb (sugar-free variety). Very easy on the gut. I always keep a few of the single-serving ones in the fridge.

Blech! When I think of Jello I think of a colonoscopy prep. Because that is what I eat when I do the preps. So I guess now I have an adversion to it. But I agree with everyone else. The only thing I can think of is that if some sugars irritate you, then jello might not be the thing to eat but other then that, I don't see any harm in it nor do I see any benefit to it either.

I'm with Red. I've used jello for prep food. Yuck.

Gatorade/PowerAde, jello and plain beef or chicken broth - I want to gag just thinking of them.
