My lower back and area where my lower intestine is hurts!

Does anyone else experience this during a flare? This is the first time I've felt this way. It feels raw:(

That is how i feel most days. I am having the same concern as you. My Dr. says that I am in remission because my blood work looks good, but i don't feel 100%. I don't think I am flaring necessarily, but my colon and back are in constant pain... Sorry I am not of much help though :(

I get lower back pain all the time when i'm flaring.I also have the burning sensation that you explain i think it's
something to do with all the nerves in that area being irratated.hope you get some rel;ief soon.

My last flare I experienced this. My lower back constantly ached. Not fun at all :(

I get lower back pain when flaring too - very uncomfortable. Nice to know I'm not the only person that gets this though!

When I was in a bad flare, I spoke of the horse standing on my lower back and the steel wool working its way through my colon. Not a fun feeling.
