Thanks Judilyn, but don't some fruits contain more than others and some have sorbitol too.

All fruits contain fructose, bbc. Testing can be done for gluten and lactose intolerance; ask your GI about this.
The BRAT diet is commonly used for diarrhea for short periods of time. It isn't a nutritionally sound diet, so not appropriate for longer periods.
Some products with fructose and/or sucrose and/or raffinose
- All soft fruits
- All naturally sweet products
- Beans
- Honey
- Banana has some fructose, but can be used by many fructose intolerant people (non HFI)
And all products made with/derived from the above products
Some products high in sorbitol :
- Apples
- Apricots
- Gooseberries
- Grapes (raisins)
- Peaches
- Pears
- Plums
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
- And juices of the above fruits.
