Hi, it maybe a stupid questions, but I'm trying to create a diet for myself. However, the food I eat doesn't give me any affects...not better or worth. I don't have D, but i still have blood and mucus, nothing can get rid of it (haven't try steroids or anything like that yet and don’t want to use them!!!) Ok, I decided to get rid of fruits, diary product, gluten, and sugar (at least as much as I can for as long as I can Now, my question is can I substitute the following foods which is really difficult for me to give up (almost inpossible):
Bread (what kind can I eat?)
Cheese (any kind of cheeses can be nice to my gut?)
Morning coffee (just one cup per day?)
Sugar or equal?
Oh, what kind of fresh veggies can I eat? Or all of them should be cooked?
