Foods high in Omega 3 fats.
EV Olive oil-high in oleic acid
Spinach, brocc, cauli, brussel, kale- all contain antioxidants and Vit C, many other nutrients for building body's own
Cherries and Blueberries- contain compound that reduce inflamm
Spices like Turmeric and ginger, garlic
Green tea- at least 1 cup a day.
If you really wanted to seriously power up try this recipe:
Grilled Salmon with EVOO, oregano and garlic salt to taste.
Chopped fine Tossed salad with above veggies with EVOO to dress and sunflower/pumpkin seeds.*
Mix up frozen cherries, straw, blue into a bowl and mix with some honey pour over lactose-free ice cream for dessert.*
1 glass brewed green tea sweetened with honey or stevia powder.
1 digestive enzyme to help digestion. Probiotic if desired.
*Be careful with the seeds in the sunflower, straw, blue if you are sensitive to these.
