what's next?

I have an appointment in the morning and I thought I'd get some opinions first. I'm flaring more severely than I have in 3 years. Right now I'm taking entocort, lialda, and cortenemas. My doc had mentioned humira or remicade at my last visit, but we thought we'd see how the entocort worked first. I guess my question is what would you try first, 6 mp or imuran, or humira or remicade? Would you choose a course of prednisone to try to quickly stop the bleeding? Thanks for any opinions!

So sorry you are flaring so badly. If you are bleeding a lot, my suggestion is to do a short course of pred. to help stop that and if you are open to something else- 6MP first while you taper from pred. Remicade as a second resort.
