Has anyon been diagnosed with dysplasia in their colon?

 I've had UC for 9 years.  In Dec I had a flare and ended up having a colonscopy in Jan.  My GI took some biopsy and they came back as undetermined dysplasia.  I understand it shoould show high or low but because of my recent flare it was undetermined.  We're now looking at possible surgery so I just wondered if anyone else had this problem.  I want to take time to do some research on this added problem so I'll have another colonscopy in 3 months.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
