I use natural anti-inflammatory supplements, bee propolis, omegas 3-6-9, vitamin A, vitamin C-Calcium ascorbate, chamomile tea, I also use a good probiotic daily and a fibre supplement daily as well and I've altered my diet, no more junk-food (fast-food, processed foods/beverages, animal fats, caffeine, refined sugar, artificial sweetners, instead I use Stevia or honey), has most definitely helped my symptoms, not 100% full remission because I have some complications with my IBD but it's better than when I was going 30+ ties a day with tons of blood, mucus and lower back pain putting me in tears on a daily basis.
Just know what works for some doesn't work for all and that often it is a combination of a few things that work better than just one supplement.
I'm either non-responsive or allergic to traditional oral RX so I had no choice but to try the natural route and I'm glad I did, some relief is better than none, no more bleeding, very little mucus, no more pain, formed BM's about 5x/day, definitely better than before.
