Homemade chicken soup with celery, carrots and onions is what I do (through everything in the pot and let cook 4-6 hours, then blend it up). Eggs are OK for me, and mashed squash. Dairy is a problem for me, hoping I can use it again someday. Homemade "Jell-o" made with beef gelatin and apple juice. You'll probably need to experiment a bit to see what helps, though I know that is so frustrating.
