Declare larger liquids. Medications, baby formula and food, and breast milk are allowed in reasonable quantities exceeding three ounces and are not required to be in the zip-top bag. Declare these items for inspection at the checkpoint.

Honestly, if I were in your shoes, I'd go ahead and take some Rowasa with me even if I were in remission and not using any for maintenance. That way, if you start to flare while you're gone, you'll have some with you to get it under control easily.
It might be helpful to have a note from your doctor explaining what it is and I'd definitely take it in the box it comes in.
