How important is getting enough sleep?
lacking rest can cause a flare up but does the perfect body clock help you remain in remission?
I had my first flare up because I had an awful diet, I was too physically active with my job, gym, and college life and I wasn't getting enough sleep... those things put together plus my genetic curse with the disease got it out!
although I believe that if you have UC it's a good thing since your body is telling you that something is wrong instead of say waiting until a cancer occurs instead and you not finding out until your chances of living are over 50%...
again, sleep is crucial... right?
