Hang in there and don't give up. You just have to have patience and build up gradually. I was in the hospital 12 days back in 2004 and felt so bad that I thought that I would never be able to do anything strenuous again. I found my way to stay in remission (almost 2 years now) and have returned to my two favorite hobbies; deep-sea fishing for large game fish and backpacking over rough mountainous terrain. Find your way to stay in remission most of the time and then gradually work back into exercise and sports. Best wishes and God bless you. (PS I am 58 years old)
