pred taper and leg cramps

Last night got woke up with very painfull cramp in my leg have just decreased pred from 35-30 do you think it might be that also my eye feels sore and watering i feel i just need a tick box for all the side effects think i could tick them all only 6 more weeks of pred to go

Yes it could be one of the side effects of Pred.

You need a tick box. People on Pred may have moon face, facial hair growth, eyes may feel sore and watery, joint pains, Urine showing drops of white coloured steroid residue, depression, strange kind of sinking/feel to cry, mood swings, etc. etc.....

When I have tapered pred. I have gotten leg and foot cramps. I hate it--- very painful especially in the middle of the night.

Try eating some bananas and drinking oj if you can tolerate it.

I have most of the above side effects not the facial hair or urine one but also have megga munchies oh the joys of pred
