Your diet is stricter than mine.  I wish you the best.  I felt pretty bad after starting the SCD, especially the joint pain and chronic fatigue that went with it for three weeks.  After I got past the initial hump, I felt good as new.

 

 

will keep everyone posted. Im only at stage 1 and it takes along time. You can never expect to see results over night. There are a lot of people who this diet has healed. Including David Klien and paul Nison. Im also speaking on line with people who have chrones. the raw food diet has really helped them. I decided to give it a go. The thing doctors worry about is that you will become mal nourished. I thought about this and decided that I will get malnourished any way though all the diereaha a blood. So **** it I might as well. When I told my nutritionist about this she was worried about me getting osteoporosis, but again I would get that if I go on steroids any way so again I might as well give it a go. I just don’t care what the doctors say anymore. They say we cannot digest raw foods, but I haven’t found that in fact Ive found the opposite, so Im not sure they are correct. In fact I think medical doctors guess or say these things because that is what they were taught in med school. Yes this could fail but at least I tried
