Unusual, terrible odor....?

I am taking rectal meds only - Cortifoam and Anusol suppositories together three times a day. Well, I have managed at least two times a day. 

BUT - later - when I expel gas or have a BM (even a little) the odor is terrible - chemical = musty - hard to describe - could be embarrassing!!  I can use one or the other and no problem.  Maybe a chemical reaction?

So funny (well, not really funny) that it does not happen when I use them by themselves - just AFTER Cortifoam.  I do not shower every day due to skin problems and difficulty just doing it so having to wash more, I guess and hopefully not have more gas.  YIKES!
