I'm finishing up my second part of food allergy testing. Last week I was told that yeast, beef and tomato I'm allergic too. Tomorrow we try testing for turkey, chicken, rice, garlic, lettuce some really big ones. Once I'm done my doc said to stop everything that I'm allergic to all together and I should see improvement in my diarreah. He said a chrons patient was contemplating surgery and she did the testing and stayed away from the foods she was allergic too and 90% of her symptoms went away. I hope to get relief by diet. I tried the SCD that didn't work, I remember my diarreah increasing so bad on the chicken soup diet for a week, I got a fissure. I will let you know how it goes. I've already ordered millet/flax seed bread that's yeast free.
On a side note I had a skin tag removed last week and the pain is still there. Anyone have a skin tag removed and how long did the pain last?
