pamphlet for significant other

I had one I gave to my ex but I can't seem to find anything other than the one that talks all about sex. The one I remember talked about how to be in a relationship with someone who is experiencing U.C. and I thought it was pretty good. Has anybody seen this?

Do you know if there are any for other family members? My mom seems to get it when I explain to her, but my dad is...well...not the brightest crayon in the box.
