     Have all the meds, porta pot too.  Going to try getting back to our RV which is at a seasonal site near Hershey, PA.  Leaving tomorrow and HOPE to stay until the 18th of August.  Hershey Medical Center is only ten minutes away...hope I don't need to go there though.  The prednisone is driving me almost nuts and tonight I noticed edema in my left ankle.  Guess I better start with the water pill again....ugh, this is the freakin pits.

Relax and have fun if you can.  I have swelling in my feet - assuming from prednisone but I have been off it for a couple weeks.  Will it go away by itself or will I need water pills?? My feet hurt on top.

     Still home, waiting for a big storm to pass.  Sure don't want to drive on that Schuylkill Expressway in bad weather.  The swelling in my foot went down without the water pill.  The proctitis bothered me all night.  I only had a waffle for supper.  I'm going to have to monitor my diet more closely.  The rectal meds, especially Canasa suppository, as I have trouble retaining the Cort enemas, seem to give more relief than the oral meds.   No bleeding, just some pain and pressure in the rectum.  To add insult to injury, I took two Benicars by mistake this morning.....ugh, senior moments!

Hey Christine, have fun, I love PA! My husband called his parents yesterday who live in Phoenixville, and they said the thunder/lightening storms were so bad that they were even frightened this time. So have a safe trip! I'm off to DC today; hope the storms cease for a few days! Enjoy the R&R.
