Does anyone know if there are any differences in effectiveness of different brand name oral Mesalamine tablets? I am guessing the brand name doesn't matter, but I could be wrong. If anyone knows, please leave a reply.

They're both mesalamine/mesalazine....the dosages are a bit different for each.

Now, are you talking oral or rectal med forms?
