Thanks for all the great ideas. I never thought about
the seasick patches and bands for this since I don't get seasick, etc. My son uses the bands when traveling by air. As for ginger - ginger ale makes me sick (told you I was strange lol).
Last night I did not take my fish oil capsule AND I took another Prilosec (usually just take one every morning) and guess what - ever so tiny nausea about 4 a.m. but none later when I got up - what a great feeling. I will try that a few nights and then add the fish oil and/or no Prilosec and see what happens.
By the way, doing pretty good with the UC with NO medication but last night I used an Anusol suppository before I went to bed. I feel I should be doing something for My UC. I may also try the cortifoam a couple times a week. No blood though for a few days since vacation and all that Imodium and pepto. BM's about normal (finally not black) and no left side pain (which is great). Most problems I have are nausea and night sweating and gas (some of this is from IBS so trying to watch my diet). I need very much to lose weight. I would love to have my knee replacement before another year - getting very difficult to walk - prednisone was so great for that - darn!
