6 Asacol is not a lot. you may need to increase to get out of a flare. 6 is a maintenence dose. I would see a new dr if I were you. I hate hearing people whine and complain about
everything. I get enough of that at home, I don't need it when I go to the dr office. It's pointless for her to talk about
things that might not even happen. Wait until it happens and then give it a chance before you complain. A lot of people would be helped a lot of medicine were more affordable. She is not immune to sickness either, she could get old and sick and end up uninsured, then she will sing another tune.
My current doctors office is so disorganized. I have a similar problem with the callbacks. I know it's not my doctor but her office staff. Any time you call and say you spoke to someone, they say it's not in the notes. It's so annoying because I know who I spoke to and when. They act like I make it up. Why would I pretend I spoke to someone if I didn't? It's not my fault people don't properly update the notes.
Colonoscopy results do take a week to process but when they know the result, I feel it is only right to get them to you as quickly as possible. Waiting a week after receiving a call that the results are in is ridiculous. It is insensitive on the part of your doctor.
