I worked full-time (and had an infant at home) when I was having 15+ (some days up to 25) BM's a day. I just did it. My boss did let me work from home some days, but I didn't that often. During that time of year, though, my work is all at my desk. In the summers, I have to be out in the field a lot.

I just got home from a really long day that ended with a 3 hour class. This is the first day this semester that teaching hasn't worn me down. And then to come home to the great enema fart jokes, a nice dinner that my husband is cooking, and a new episode of Glee. This has been the best day in a long time, so good to not feel badly!
