When to stop eating

Not eating didn't seem to help me. I didn't not eat on purpose, but just didn't have much appetitie.

I'd *seriously* consider adding a mesalamine enema to your meds. Also, are you really just taking two 400 mg Asacol pills a day? That's a really, really, really low dose for someone who is in a flare. I was on twelve 400 mg pills (split out over three doses). Any reason that your dose is so low?

They say that in the eve your digestion starts to slow down (your body getting ready to soon go to bed), it's not recommended people eat after 8pm because of this, I think studies have also shown that over-weight people tend to continue eating alot (and often high-calory foods) late into the evening and/or late at night which adds to their over-weightness.

I don't know that by not eating after 8pm if that will really have anything to do with minimizing your D though, afterall D is the nature of the beast when it comes to IBD.

8 p.m sounds right... better eat enough before then.... This is a disease where planning is key --- ugggghhhh, not my strong suit...
