I am taking 4, 1.2 mg tablets a day. This seems like a lot. Is it? I'm also on Prednisone right now. I'm cranky and sore. (but the bleeding is slowing way down)

My son - 18, takes 4 per day when flaring (2 am & 2 pm) and 2 per day to maintain remission. I believe 4 is the max dose and 2 is the standard for maintenance.

Hope you achieve remission quickly!
