I agree that a high quality probiotic - I recommend Natren or Custom Probiotics - and a fiber supplement could really help you get the D under control. The SCD is great, but in my experience, it takes more than diet alone to promote healing. I'd also advise you not to get hung up on the intro diet. Do broaden your range of foods to other SCD allowables. Tender white meat of chicken or turkey or mild white fish, scrambled eggs, soft-cooked green beans, carrots and English peas, baked apples, pears and winter squashes, nut butters and very ripe bananas were all very safe SCD foods for me. Just be careful with nuts, nut flour, dairy, beans, and raw veggies or fruits. These should all come later.
