Lexapro & UC

I have a question for you wonderful posters! :) I accidentally took 40 mg of Lexapro when I normally take 20 mg every night. This is the first time I have done this and it was NOT on purpose. I felt dizzy right afterwards but then it went away. I am not really sure what to do. I feel nauseous, tired, and like a truck ran over my head. I am still going to teach today, but I am supposed to stand outside in the cold with my union teachers and picket for two hours. I don't know if I could do it. Its bad enough that I am forcing myself to go to work. :( Please help.....

I called my doctor and he said it was okay. I can resume back to my normal dosage tonight. I feel so out of it and have such an atrocious headache from it. I feel like I need to sleep 24 hours! Anyway, I will see my doctor this afternoon. Thanks!
