Processed/artificial foods/beverages/ingredients are pro-inflammatory. It's best to eat as natural as possible. Drink water and ginger tea, which are anti-inflammatory and don't add sugar, artificial sweeteners, or cream to your food or drinks. These are pro-inflammatory.
