Hi again folks...  I need the name of that good vitamin you mentioned a while back. It starts with an F   I lost the name,,,also,,,which is the BEST Probionics??

My son made a New Years resolution to take better care of himself, along with his Remicade... :-)  Thanks again for all your help.

There's a lot of probiotics out there, and often it's a matter of trying a few to see which work best for your son. I use VSL#3 and find that it works very well for me.

I take both VSL#3 and Ultimate Flora Critical Care. Both together do better for me than either alone.

I take pro-bio. It is enteric coated and don't disolve until it reaches the colon
