Can anyone tell me the best place to purchase these two products?

Christine, if you can get a prescript
ion for VSL#3DS Packets of 20, if your insurance would cover some of it, that's the best way to go. (There have been numerous conversations about
my trials of getting a doc to order it in exactly that way so I'd get the one covered by my ins.!)
Otherwise, I've just googled "VSL#3" and ordered it from the company.
Slippery elm, I've found at my local health food store. I have done better with liquid - adding drops to water. It's important to take it several hours between meds, though, because of the "slippery"
thing.....

From what I found, slippery elm was the cheapest at Vitacost.

$65 for how many? The probiotic I take costs only $17 for a bottle of 200!

I pay about
$42.00 at Sam's Club. You have to have the pharmacy order it, and it takes about
2 days.

I was ordering direct from the company, buying three boxes at a time, $75 per box. Each box had 30 sachets.
Each sachet had 450 billion organisms - the equivalent of 450 Align pills. So, not a bad value when you think of it that way.(!)
The VSLDS has 900 billion per. To me, numbers like that are mind-boggling....

The best source I have found to date for purchasing slippery elm powder is Mountain Rose Herbs. The link is
here
