Nasty, watery substance between my butt cheeks... what is this?

Does anybody know what this nasty, yellowish watery crap is around my bung hole.

I know I'm not leak'n & I know it's not sweat,

What is this? 

Thx for the advice I'm new to UC and just trying to figure it all out!

That's quite a vivid description...I'm guessing it's mucus. During a flare you can often have mucus excreted, especially in BMs or even when a 'shart' happens...

Just curious, what meds are you on? I know that I have a lot of yellow liquid sometimes about an hour or two after I take my Colazal. But you can be leaking and not even know it. If it is getting in your underwear you can try wearing women's pantyshields to keep yourself clean. And try to keep that area clean or it can cause irritation.

It is possible that you may have a fistula...you may want to discuss it with a gastroenterologist. What you're describing sounds exactly like what happened to me, which turned out to be a fistula.

I ditto the fistula suggestion.....maybe take a look-see but do make an appointment with your gastro doc.
