Hey guys! I love to lift, but I can't take the traditional Whey Protein shakes. So I did some research and I started making a shake that consists of: 1 Banana. 2 Spoons of the hemp protein. 2 spoons of hemp nut, a tablespoon of hemp oil. A big spoon of coconut oil, and a large teaspoon of L-glutamine powder. Then I add water about 3/4 of the way up the mixing cup. blend it all up and enjoy it. Its honestly making me feel much better as well.I'm enjoying less trips to the bathroom along with formed stools and the much much less blood. I did research on all of these supplements, and they all seem to benefit inflammation/ ulcerative colitis. Not to mention its a great way to get protein in. I'm also taking Turmeric and Psyllium powder.
