Having been a user of "no-smoke tobacco" devices (a misnomer in itself, there is no tobacco involved), I can assure you that they are a much more effective nicotine delivery system than "puffing on an unlit cigarette"
Sure, you never know, as sometimes research does have its own agenda. But this article was about
e-cigs and not about
other no-smoke tobacco systems. I think you mentioned trying lozenges or gum...did you give e-cigs a try?
