Well the Consultant actually rang me at home 2 days ago and arranged for Asacol foam to be delivered to my front door! I was in such a state prior because the Asacol suppositorries were not staying in at all.

I'm feeling much better now, although the D is less,the blood amount is huge.

So now i'm on Colifoam, Asacol foam and that's it any ideas to reduce the blood?

Use them regularly until you feel normal.

Are you not on any oral Asacol? if not, you should be considering you have diarrhea as well. Something to talk to the doc about.

Are you using the Colifoam at night and the Asacol foam during the day?

hang tough, it can take a month or even more for a flare to totally abate.
I was once on the enemas nightly for 4 months.
