Hey all,
Taken advice of lots people on here and got some Tumeric, but what do you all do with it and how much do you use? It smells quite strong!

It's more effective if cooked in an oil (or butter, ghee).

I add it to rice with a bit of butter. Use as much as you can tolerate.
