OK - I had to answer thsi one - YUCK! LOL
If you don't get discomfort from eating it - then go ahead. I find anything with grains bother me because I have IBS. I eat any cereal with rice. AND bananas are terrible - gas/pain/etc.
As my Dr. wrote you have to try foods and they can affect you anywhere from 5 minutes to 48 hours. Just keep track of what you eat when you have symptoms - gas - D - heartburn, anything and don't eat it again unless you want to deal with that! Oh, by the way, I eat peanut butter on toast or in a sandwich (when I don't have a toaster) EVERY morning - two pieces - white bread - no problem!
