Hi Everyone,
I was at the store today and was going to buy some Benefiber to take in addition to my Psyllium Seed Powder. It is more easily accessible to me, so I'd rather take that if they do the same thing. My questions:
Do they do the same thing?
Does it matter if you take it in a powder vs pill vs chewable tablet?
Benefiber comes in many forms--capsules, powder, chewable tablets, etc. and I really like that...mixing the powder into things is starting to make me nautious, especially when I have little appetite. I can barely finish my applesauce with powder mixed into it these days. I'd just like another option. I can always drink water with a capsule...that's no prob, as long as it works the same.
Any input? Thanks in advance!
