They all seem to give me diarrhea. My rule is that if it's sweet, and the label doesn't say sugar (or corn syrup, which I prefer to avoid, but it doesn't give me D), I don't eat it. I know a lot of people say sugar is bad, but I think sweetners made from chemicals have to be a lot worse. At least sugar (and corn syrup) comes from plants!
Oh, and I haven't tried stevia, but I'm assuming that I'd be ok with it since it's a natural product.
