Strange poop! What is it??

Started a z-pak 2 days ago thanks to the wisdom tooth that after 35 years decided it wanted out!
Ofcourse I was NOT HAPPY about taking an antibiotic but don't want to risk an infection because there is
NO pain as bad as tooth pain! So today was "fun with poop" day...this morning had raging diarrhea followed
by nothing the rest of the day up until about an hour ago when I started feeling the grind around the lower
left & in my back which was followed by the passing of mucus & tissue. The strange part is that the tissue like
substance looked perfectly white & fluffy, is this normal, to pass good tissue?? Have any of you experienced this?

very interesting Sherry, I had a lengthy conversation with this oral surgeon & I really thought he understood my
fear of antibiotics, I wish he would have told me about the rinse (I will ask him at my follow-up) sounds like it would've
been such a better alternative. Hopefully the remaining wisdom teeth I have will stay right where they are!!
As for the tissue issue (Ha, Ha!) I know, so weird. It was definitely not mucous b/c I poked at it (there's a first time for everything!)
& it's consistency was very firm but flexible. So different from anything I have ever seen, but I am not a doc & I know antibiotics
can do some really funky stuff to the GI tract. For now, just wait & see how this plays out. Def going to add rowasa enema tonight
along with canasa.

Maybe it's a good idea to schedule an appointment with your GI to find out what it was. Even if there is nothing wrong, it's good to get confirmation.
