Hi everyone! I haven't been here for some time. I had the baby 2 month ago, a healthy boy 8lbs 4oz. I just want to thank you all for support and kind advises! My pregnancy was ok, don't count a lot of bleeding and dizziness last trimester. My UC didn't got better, may be a little worth during the pregnancy. However, I had very good OBYGN who helped me a lot. I guess he has done a lot of researches about UC during my pregnancy cos I called him with a lot of stupid questions. and concerns. And he staid with us in the room whole time after we got to the hospital till the baby was born (very surprisingly for the doctors here). Anyway, after I had a baby I totally forgot what the UC is....no symptoms or anything. This is the first time I have a remission since I was diagnosed more then 2 years ago. yeah
Anyway, again, THANK YOU ALL!!! I with you all a long long remissions!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats!

I am pregnant with my first and it is very pleasing to see another UC mother have a healthy baby.  Did you take any medications during pregnancy? If yes, what kind?  I am currently taking Apriso which is another form of Lialda.
