International Flights and Restroom Use

I'm planning a trip out of country over the summer and just want to be as prepared as I can if any "bathroom issues" come up.

Does anyone know if TSA still has the rule about not allowing passengers to get up from their seats during the last hour of an international flight returning to the U.S.?

If so, is there anything that those of us with UC can do if we have to go?

Wow, I fly out of country once per year and I don't recall this being followed? Was this recent? You can try checking the TSA webpage and see if it's listed. If it's true you should approach the "head" flight attendant when you board and explain your situation. They will accommodate you.
