Where to begin.........list what you eat on a daily basis...including what kind of liquids you consume, snacks, supplements, medications, etc.
How often do you have bms?
There are many reasons why stool is mushy....irritable bowel syndrome, stress, anxiety, lack of exercise, too much exercise, over active bowel, lack of fibre, too much fibre (remember there are many kinds) artificial sweeteners, alcohol, milk products, medications....the list can go on and on...
Have you not done any research on the internet?
