Gas and chocolate

I got lots of gas from some chocolate like kit kat.

Not a surprise. Kit Kat contains sugar, wheat flour, cocoa butter, nonfat milk, chocolate, refined palm kernel oil, lactose, milk fat... ... lots of stuff that can cause gas, cramping, and diarrhea too.

Yeah sugary stuff gives me gas, too. I have been one pred for a while so my flora is really weak. Are you on probiotics?
