After 3 long years in a flare I am pleased to announce that I am in remission!!!!
By the grace of God I started reading a book titled "What Would Jesus Eat?" What a fantastic decision! I started following a Mediterranean / Part time Vegetarian diet. The results are no red meat, little sugars, fresh fruits and vegetables, fish or chicken only once per week and no white flour or processed foods. There are no feelings of hunger or feelings of deprivation.
