Imuran question

Hello, I have been taking Imuran for several months now and have been doing fine with it. For the past three days I have had a sore throat and muscle aches and weakness. No runny nose or feeling like I was getting cold, just feeling very drained and weak. A couple of months back I had strep throat but this time, my throat isn't near that sore so I'm feeling like it isn't strep again. I can still swallow ok but my neck area is very sore too...Is this something I should contact my dr over?  Seeing as how it is almost the weekend I don't know what to do. I just dont want to call and over react that its something and its really not much at all...

Well when I decided I would go to my dr. the office was already closed but I did go to the Urgent Care...I had the strep test and it came back negative so they gave me an antibiotic...I will take that and see how it goes...She said if it doesn't get better in a few days to see my dr. Hopefully it will work...
